We hope that you love your products and that they reach you in perfect condition but understand sometimes you might need to return things.
Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase or change your mind you can apply for a refund within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are still in their original packaging and in re-sale condition (i.e there are no scratches or marks on the jar, packaging has not been opened or discarded, the candle has not been lit or reeds inserted into diffusers.
To request a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery with a list of the items that you want to return and the reason you are not satisfied with the product. Detailed instructions for the return will be provided within 48 hours.
You are responsible for the return postal costs and we recommend you use a signed for service to guarantee proof of delivery. We will not refund items which become lost in the post or are not delivered to us.
It is your responsibility to ensure returned items are in a resalable condition so please ensure your items are wrapped securely. Any items returned to us damaged unfortunately cannot be refunded so ensure you have adequate insurance cover on your chosen delivery.
Returns will be processed within 7 days of the item(s) being received. Please then allow up to 7 days for funds to be credited back to the original payment method (minus original shipping costs).
Should you wish to return a gift set, we will only accept returns where all items within that gift set are sent back to us. We cannot accept partial returns. Any products given as a gift, can only be returned by the original purchaser.
Although extreme care is taken to ensure your lovely purchases arrive to you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible, on the rare occasion that there is a breakage during transit, please get in touch with us at email@example.com within 7 days with the original order number and photographs of the packing and damaged item.
